1:1 Coaching is designed for players who want to bring structure, purpose, and real direction to their training.

Using player/match analysis, a tailored performance program is developed to address each players specific physical needs, helping them become a more efficient mover and better performer on court.
Squash Supplementals Subscription
Squash Supplementals is a monthly off-court training subscription designed to support and strengthen your on-court performance.

Each week includes 5 training sessions accessed via an app that give an insight into the training principles used by Stable Bodied Squash.
